Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate academic and support needs of multilingual/migrant students with counselors.
• Provide language development support for migrant/multilingual students.
• Identify and coordinate access to district and community services for students and families.
• Maintain home-school connections to support student engagement and transition to postsecondary opportunities.
