Job summary

Edinburg CISD is seeking a Secondary Migrant Recruiter Clerk at Harwell Middle School. The role focuses on TX-NGS data management, ID&R recruitment, and collaboration with school staff and families to support migrant students.

The position requires TEA-certification readiness, English/Spanish communication, and proficient computer use. Travel within districts may be required; wage is hourly and non-exempt under PS2 pay grade.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to use a personal computer and software.

Responsibilities

• Complete TX-NGS, MSIX and ID&R training and certification for current year.
• Maintain TX-NGS Audit Binder and enter data for TEA compliance.
• Enter STAAR/EOC scores and information in TX-NGS.
• Update immunization/health information in TX-NGS.
• Assist in recruitment and identification of migrants per program guidelines.
• Meet with school personnel and parents to address migrant students' needs.
