Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, Teaching or Facilitating.
• Knowledge of Welding Technology and Blueprint reading.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently.
• Welding, electrical and assembly background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR & safety team to identify issues and improve training.
• Provide classroom instruction blending traditional and advanced technology training.
• Teach BASIC math, measurement, electrical concepts and blueprint reading using books, videos, manuals and VR tools.
• Assist with on-the-job training, coordinating trainer/trainee interactions and tracking progress.
• Monitor safety and training effectiveness, and implement improvements.
