Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Formal welding certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned tools, equipment and work areas.
• Ensure correct welding fixture, gas ratio and welding wire are used.
• Operate safely, including use of anti-spatter chemicals.
• Set up fixtures and equipment properly for welding.
• Inspect parts to meet required standards.
• Produce parts to quality requirements consistently.
• Move completed work to proper location and maintain PPE.
• Follow verbal and written instructions; communicate issues promptly.
• Learn and contribute with a dependable work ethic.
• Support supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
