Job summary

Tajín USA is seeking a motivated 1099/Full-Time Contract Bilingual Tajin Merchandiser to join our Charlotte, North Carolina team. You will ensure brand strategies at the POS, secure optimal product displays, and negotiate space with Store Managers while managing POP materials with precision.

Responsibilities include executing sales, display and promo strategies at POS, maintaining category leadership through fronting and pricing, and identifying sales opportunities to report to management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years merchandising/sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel 100% with occasional trips to Raleigh/Durham area.

Responsibilities

• Remain in compliance with Brand Strategies at the Point of Sale, guarantee correct product display, negotiate additional spaces with assigned Store Managers, and administer the assigned POP material in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Ensure the correct execution of sales strategy, display & distribution strategies by product at the Point of Sale.
• Ensure the Effective Execution of Promotional Strategies at the Point of Sale, respecting the guidelines of the Brand.
• Guarantee the presence of the Tajín product in a primary position (category leader) through Excellent Execution by Fronting, Cleaning, Rotation and Prices.
• Detect and ensure Sales opportunities in a timely communication to their direct reports.
