Job summary

Tajín USA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated bilingual Merchandiser for a 1099/full-time contract role to maintain brand strategies at the point of sale and ensure proper product display.

The position requires English and Spanish fluency, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally; relocation is not required. You will manage fronting, rotation, pricing, and timely reporting of sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years merchandiser/sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail POS and in-store display best practices preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remain in compliance with Brand Strategies at the Point of Sale, guarantee the correct Product Display, negotiate additional spaces with assigned Store Managers, and administer the assigned POP material in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Ensure the correct execution of sales strategy, display & distribution strategies by product at the Point of Sale.
• Ensure the Effective Execution of Promotional Strategies at the Point of Sale, respecting the guidelines of the Brand.
• Guarantee the presence of the Tajín product in a primary position (category leader) through Fronting, Cleaning, Rotation and Prices.
• Detect and communicate Sales opportunities to direct reports.
