Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a team-oriented stock associate to keep front floor areas stocked, faced, and clean. You will greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and coordinate with leadership on weekly tasks and the Store To-Do List.

Bilingual abilities are encouraged, and prior stocking experience is preferred for success in this fast-paced environment. You will also handle stock checks, price updates, and shelf maintenance while supporting delivery-related activities and the Hub

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is encouraged.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills are needed.
• Previous stocking/merchandising experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock products; keep displays clean and faced.
• Maintain sale signs and keep sale merchandise stocked and visible.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with management to complete the Store To-Do List and weekly tasks; deter shoplifting as needed.
• Support O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities and participate in deliveries as required.
