O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Stocker/Operations Associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, stock shelves, and keep displays clean and fronted. You will coordinate with delivery teams, assist with stock adjustments, and support daily tasks to maintain a smooth sales floor.

Qualifications

• Required: Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays clean and fronted.
• Make display changes per guidelines and ensure sale signs are in place.
• Coordinate with ISS and delivery teams for installer deliveries and routes.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with stock adjustments and cycle counts.
• Serve as a security presence on the floor and support HUB store pull duties.
