Job summary

Sigma Foods is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock Bar-S products at customer locations in assigned areas. The role is a Monday–Friday morning position with on-site duties and occasional weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining shelf standards, promoting current promotions, building store relationships, and preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports. A high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, a food handler’s permit, and a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Food handler’s permit required.
• MVR review by Talent & Culture.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Sigma Bar-S products at customer locations.
• Maintain shelf standards and reflect promotions and pricing.
• Expand shelf space and optimize brand presence during promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and assess customer needs.
