Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Virginia is hiring full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists to join our culturally competent clinic in Yorktown - Kiln Creek. You will evaluate mental health, develop treatment plans, and maintain case notes while delivering outstanding client care.

We seek clinicians with a master's degree in behavioral science, licensure trajectory (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, etc.), and experience with DAs, treatment plans, and EHR systems like Valant.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science required or on track to licensure
• Pursuing/holding clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, CMHC, ACMHC, MSW, etc.)
• Experience with creating DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Experience with children, adolescents and teens
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation
• Maintain a caseload per week for full-time clinicians (minimum 25 visits)
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals
• Submit session documentation and manage client payments as applicable
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Engage in additional duties aligned with the role
