Job summary

Geode Health in the Chicago area is hiring a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the care spectrum. You’ll join an integrated care team with collaboration across providers, a hybrid work model (three days onsite, two days telehealth), and a focus on outcomes and patient-centered care.

Illinois license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) required; bilingual English/Spanish; 1+ year psychotherapy experience preferred; strong

Qualifications

• Active professional license in Illinois (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1+ year psychotherapy experience preferred.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and creating treatment plans.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and keeping patient records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for care coordination.
• Deliver crisis intervention when needed.
