Geode Health is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Chicago-area team. You will diagnose, treat, and provide psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions while coordinating with a supportive care team.

Hybrid work model with three days onsite and two days telehealth, offering flexible scheduling and access to after-hours urgent support. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are included for qualified candidates.

Competenze

• Active license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in Illinois
• Bilingual (English/Spanish); ability to provide services in both languages
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency using an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities

Mansioni

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the spectrum of care
