Mentis in Napa provides bilingual mental health services to diverse clients across Napa County. The Mental Health Therapist delivers individual and group therapy, with case management and intensive coordination, in community, home, or clinic settings.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The position offers a generous holiday schedule and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology; license eligible or intern in CA.
• Experience working with kids or in community settings is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group therapy in outpatient programs.
• Perform case management and care coordination with family teams.
• Offer crisis intervention during business hours with community resources.
• Deliver services on-site, in schools, homes, or clinic as needed.
• Complete documentation: assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries.
• Collect client outcome data to monitor performance and effectiveness.
• Maintain a caseload with a balance of client contact and documentation.
• Occasionally work from home (Wednesdays) with one in-office requirement each month.
• Attend team meetings and supervision sessions with staff and partners.
