Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member support in English and Spanish across phone, chat, and digital channels.
• Coordinate care navigation, appointment scheduling, and provider searches.
• Assist with benefit inquiries, care coordination, and enrollment opportunities.
• Ensure accurate documentation to support continuity of care and reporting.
