Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets members and potential members, assessing needs and assisting with transactions and services.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and organizational goals.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Direct memberships and feedback to Management; maintain neat lobby appearance.
• Mentor new employees during training and support ongoing coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
