Job summary

Native American Health Center (NAHC) seeks a Call Center Coordinator to be the first contact for members, handling calls, scheduling, and portal support. You will follow scripts to resolve issues, reduce abandoned calls, and improve access to primary care.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, Spanish fluency, and teamwork with the Member Services team. Based at NAHC's Oakland facility, the CCC will document interactions in the EHR, support patient portal usage, and participate

Qualifications

• Must have superior customer service over the phone and in person.
• Fluency in Spanish is required per operational needs.
• Experience with appointment scheduling is highly desirable.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls via the ACD system.
• Schedule appointments into the PMS and manage rescheduling.
• Assist with language interpretation as needed and relay messages.
