Job description

Immediate need for a talented Bilingual-Member outreach representative (Spanish). This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential, located in US (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if interested.

Job Details
  • Pay Range: $18.50 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  • Shift: M-TR 10:30-7pm CST, Fri 9:30-6pm CST, with 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support administrative care management activities including outreach, inbound calls, and scheduling.
    • Serve as a contact point for members, providers, and staff, resolving issues and documenting records per regulations.
    • Contact Medicaid members to offer Disease Management Health Coaching.
    • Use phone and computer comfortably.
    • Participate in onboarding, training, and self-study via Client’s University.
    • Support member connection to resources and handle inquiries.
    • Maintain member records and support member/provider relationships.
    • Make referrals for Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
  • Requirements:
    • High School diploma or GED.
    • 1-2 years of healthcare or call center experience.
    • Skills in healthcare customer service, bilingual in Spanish, and familiarity with Microsoft tools.
