Job summary

Responsibilities

• Embody the Credit Union's core values and model these values daily.
• Use consultative selling to analyze member financial needs and refer to specialists.
• Proactively make outbound sales calls to discuss financial services with members.
• Open new membership and business accounts and handle transactions.
• Represent the credit union at community events and engage with local businesses.
• Maintain strong knowledge of deposit accounts, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Understand consumer lending products and read credit reports.
• Present a professional image and create a positive first impression.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Complete other projects as assigned by management.
• Comply with laws and regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC.
