Bodenvy is seeking an energetic Appointment Booking Specialist to join our Colleyville Call Center on-site. You will convert inquiries into booked consultations for body contouring and skin tightening, leveraging strong tele-sales skills and a personable phone presence.

Ideal candidates have call center experience, can build rapport quickly, and are fluent in English and Spanish. This role requires on-site work in Colleyville, TX and offers performance-based bonuses and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Prior tele-sales or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent phone presence—warm, articulate, persuasive without being pushy.
• Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable with scheduling/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive a high volume of outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Explain services and promotions to clients and build rapport over the phone.
• Maintain and update the appointment calendar and client database (CRM) accurately.
• Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Re-engage past clients for rebooking and seasonal promotions, meet call targets.
