Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills needed.
• Goal-oriented with ethical guidance and accuracy.
• Organized, self-motivated and tech-savvy; familiar with quoting tools, CRMs, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-ups with leads and referrals.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and Part D options.
• Guide clients through eligibility, plan comparisons, and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate CMS and carrier documentation and comply with guidelines.
• Meet sales goals while delivering high-quality service.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulation changes and plan offerings.
