Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred degree in Community Health or Medical Services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain electronic medical records and federal Medical Portal.
• Assist in daily MAR audits and report medication errors.
• Plan, organize, and distribute daily medical lists to staff.
• Transcribe all clinician notes into EMR; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information per HIPAA and policy.
