Job summary

MaxHealth seeks a Manager to oversee a busy internal medicine practice in Sumter County. Office hours are Monday–Friday; the role focuses on admin, supervision, and day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

Candidates must have 2+ years of healthcare management experience, with E-Clinical experience preferred and ability to speak English and Spanish. Base salary starts at $45,000, plus full benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, AD&D, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of healthcare management experience.
• E-Clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Check in/check out; co-pay collection; answering phones.
• Answer patient billing questions.
• Work billing clarification logs and ensure charge capture and CPT data.
