Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 40-hour Medical Interpretation Certificate within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation and translation across the facility.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
• Assist patients and families by facilitating communication with staff and providers.
• Coordinate with care teams to support timely appointments.
