Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Render accurate interpretation without altering meaning; remain neutral
• Coordinate with staff for appointments for non-English speaking patients
• Assist with translation of documents (Spanish) when needed
• Enhance patient satisfaction through customer-service oriented approach
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Assist with data entry and documentation requirements
• Support staff training and orientation as needed
• Provide information, referrals and follow-up to patients and families
