Job summary

Davis Street Community Center is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to be the first contact for patients and visitors at our community clinic. You will handle check-ins, appointment scheduling, payments, and patient information with HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish and Cantonese preferred), punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Training and ongoing learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Clinical receptionist experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and Cantonese is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Punctual with regular attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and guests professionally.
• Answer and direct high volumes of calls.
• Check-in patients and verify information.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

• Assist with onboarding and front desk tasks.
