• Perform opening and closing tasks for the front desk and lobby.
• Print patient demographics and schedules.
• File necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Assist patients unable to use virtual systems to check in.
• Communicate updates on arrivals, delays, or on-site needs to the team.
• Foster teamwork to contribute to office success.
