Job summary

Nextaff is seeking a proactive Bilingual Medical Assistant for a healthcare client in Orlando, FL. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and internal teams to support both mental and physical health assessment workflows.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with English/Spanish bilingual skills and Medical Assistant certification. This full-time role offers $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and information gathering for patient assessments.
• Assist physicians with telehealth and in-clinic assessments.
• Prepare assessment materials and coordinate appointments.
• Document patient information, symptoms, and encounters accurately.
• Maintain patient records and required documentation.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with physicians and teams to complete assessments.
• Provide clinical and administrative support as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
