Urban Health Plan is hiring full-time Medical Assistants (Bilingual English/Spanish) in Corona, Queens. You will support internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and related services by preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, and assisting clinicians in exams and procedures.

Starting compensation is $47,840 per year or $23.00 per hour. Eligible employees receive health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma and a medical assistant certificate are required.
• 0-1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare examination rooms and maintain inventory.
• Record vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints in patient records.
• Assist clinicians during exams and treatments.
• Perform CLIA waived testing, EKGs, and related procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
