Job summary

The MA will assist with injections, vaccines, vitals, and patient education while maintaining EMR documentation and clinic workflow. The ideal candidate holds a Medical Assistant certification or MA program graduation, with 5+ years of experience preferred and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations including vital signs, height and weight.
• Administer injections and vaccines as directed by clinicians.
• Perform routine screenings and assist with lab procedures as required.
• Update patient records and EMR with visit notes and findings.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain clean/exam rooms and stock supplies; ensure equipment is functional.
