Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics in Pearland, TX is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. The role combines administrative support with essential patient care tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has at least one year of clinical experience, and may hold a Medical Assistant certification. BLS/CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and records chief complaint, vitals, and visit reason.
• Documents patient vitals and keeps medical records up to date.
• Communicates updates regarding patient and treatment plan.
• Maintains patient charts and ensures forms are complete.
• Provides administrative support and routine clerical tasks.
• Prepares exam rooms and stocks medical supplies.
