Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and documents chief complaint, vitals, and visit reason.
• Documents patient vitals and keeps medical records up to date.
• Maintains patient charts and ensures forms are complete and accurate.
• Provides admin support and clerical tasks (photocopying, scanning, faxing).
