EPIC Health, located on-site in Cicero, IL, is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish/English) for a full-time role. The position includes patient intake, vital signs, injections, and assisting in diagnostics, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15am–5pm.

• Experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to exam rooms and create a welcoming environment.
• Capture vital signs and record data in the EHR accurately.
• Document patient history and symptoms with precision.
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and related procedures.
• Educate patients with clear explanations of procedures.
• Assist in diagnostics by collecting blood and urine samples.
• Coordinate follow-up care and schedule future appointments.
• Support team initiatives to improve processes.
