Responsibilities

• Maintains examination area and prepares rooms/instruments.
• Interviews patients and documents medical history.
• Performs basic diagnostics and vital signs, reconciles meds.
• Monitors patient condition and communicates changes.
• Provides patient education as directed by physician.
• Assists with pharmacy refills and patient callbacks.
• Documents all patient care.
• May perform clerical duties (scheduling, data entry, billing).
