Zusammenfassung

ACCESS Community Health Network is seeking a Medical Assistant to support a collaborative care team and help provide comprehensive health services to patients. The role includes assisting with procedures, phlebotomy, vaccines, vital signs, scheduling, and medical record reviews.

Candidate must have a Medical Assistant diploma, a high school diploma, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required or preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program is required.
• Experience or externship in a clinical setting is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with care team to provide health services and resources to patients.
• Assist providers with onsite procedures and patient care tasks.
• Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and administer vaccines as needed.
• Answer patient questions, schedule appointments, and review medical records.
• Receive extensive clinical and Epic EMR training.
