Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment; take vital signs.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with instruments and supplies.
• Administer injections and apply splints/dressings.
• Register and log referrals; facilitate outgoing referrals.
• Check in/out patients and verify eligibility.
• Collect copayments and balances; follow scheduling policies.
