Job summary

Florida Urology Partners LLP on Davis Islands is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our busy urology practice. You will escort patients, take vitals, and document in the chart, supporting physicians and PAs.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to multitask, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Prior Medical Assistant experience is preferred; Epic EMR experience is a plus. We offer benefits, paid time off, and YMCA membership.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs.
• Take patient histories and explain procedures.
• Ensure labs and reports are filed in patient records.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Take messages and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Triage patient messages and communicate with team.
• Monitor logs such as refrigerator temps and emergency meds.
• Epic experience is beneficial.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
