Job summary

Los Angeles Center of Nose Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support physicians and PAs in our busy ENT clinics. You will handle patient intake, basic procedures, EMR documentation, and scheduling to keep the clinic running smoothly. Qualifications include HS Diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited MA program.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Travel between LA clinics may be required; HIPAA awareness and CPT knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect vital signs and history.
• Assist physicians with procedures and in-office tasks.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule patient appointments and answer phones.
• Travel between LA clinics as needed.
