LA CENTA in Los Angeles is hiring a Medical Assistant to support physicians and physician assistants in a fast-paced ENT & allergy clinic. You will screen patients, take vitals, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures while ensuring accurate EMR documentation and patient confidentiality.

Requirements include HS Diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited medical assistant program, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Travel to Glendale and Pasadena locations may be required.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant program.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• HIPAA and CPT knowledge beneficial.
• Must be able to travel to Glendale and Pasadena locations.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients according to office standards.
• Verify patient information and medical history.
• Prepare patients for examination and take vitals.
• Assist physicians and in-office procedures.
• Manage EMR entries and patient records.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and equipment.
