The role combines clinical patient care with administrative duties, including basic phlebotomy and medical documentation. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively serve our patient population.

The position offers a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time in a friendly, professional environment focused on practice growth and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsabilités

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient medical histories.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection as needed.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars.
• Answer telephone calls and assist patients as needed.
• Register patients and maintain electronic medical records.
• Assist with patient forms, medical documentation, and general office tasks.
• Maintain examination rooms and medical supplies.
• Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties.
• Assist with daily office operations as needed.
