Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient clinic workflow. You’ll support physicians before, during, and after procedures and ensure an excellent patient experience in a bilingual setting.

Float between Bethpage and Stony Brook, flexible Monday–Saturday schedule, and paid training. Must be fluent in English and Spanish with 1–2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Experience performing vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection.
• Completion of MA training program; CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Document vital signs and medical histories in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Accurately document patient interactions in EMR/EHR.
• Support care using systems like Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
