How You Will Make an Impact

  • Work collaboratively with a skilled care team including providers, benefits specialists, front desk staff, behavioral health consultants, and others to deliver quality health services and resources to meet patient needs.
  • Assist providers with onsite procedures.
  • Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients.
  • Respond to patient questions, return calls, schedule appointments, and review medical records to assist patients effectively.
  • Enhance your clinical skills through extensive training, including technical training with Epic, a leading Electronic Medical Record System.

Minimum Requirements for Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program.
  • CPR certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, with in-person skills assessment.
  • At least one (1) year of clinical experience or externship.
  • Basic proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Epic.
  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish.

The pay ranges listed are minimum to mid-range; actual compensation depends on experience, education, market conditions, and funding availability.
