JHCP is looking for a Bilingual Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide high quality care to patients at our East Baltimore Medical Center Adult Medicine Practice. In partnership with Baltimore Medical System, another local health system that provides much-needed healthcare services to the community. The Medical Assistant administers medications and immunizations, obtains vital signs, maintains inventory of appropriate supplies, ensures safe and efficient patient flow, tracks high-risk referrals and lab tests, facilitates safe transitions of care, organizes practice environment to assure patient safety and quality outcomes, and contributes to HEDIS and designated quality measures.
Location: 1000 E. Eager St., Baltimore, MD 21202
Shift: Non-exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri - 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Salary Range: Minimum 17.82 per hour - Maximum 29.43 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
