Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Meaningful Medicaid dental experience required.
• Prior dental practice management/front-office leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, Medicaid workflows, eligibility, authorizations and patient balances.

Aufgaben

• Run the dental office operations across 8 operatories and lead the team.
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, collections, and treatment acceptance to drive production.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and explain financial responsibilities to move care forward.
• Lead the front-office team and hold members accountable for performance.
