Job Details
Bilingual Spanish Medicaid Enrollment Specialist
The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for enrolling eligible patients into proper health insurance plans, explaining the program guidelines and reviewing the costs and coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
- Prefer 3-5 years patient-related work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Experience advocating for patients
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- BIlingual Spanish Required
