Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or preferred.
• Bilingual skills are required.
• Experience in healthcare or patient financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients for existing insurance coverage and government programs.
• Re-verify benefits and obtain authorization and referrals after treatment planning.
• Obtain medical evidence and documentation for eligibility determinations.
• Complete and file applications and follow up with agencies.
• Enter and document demographics and eligibility data in the system.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to office policies.
• Travel for field visits as needed with reliable transportation.
