Job summary

Meduit was formed to improve revenue cycle management for healthcare organizations and their patients. This role works onsite at hospital partners in Gaithersburg, MD to screen uninsured patients for Medicaid eligibility and assist with applications and documentation.

You will coordinate with state offices and ensure timely filing of required materials, supporting patient access to funding. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills, integrity, and

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• May work occasional evenings and Saturdays.
• Must have high integrity.
• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct financial fact-finding interviews for Medicaid eligibility.
• Complete Medicaid and other applications/releases.
• Coordinate with hospitals and government offices as needed.
• Enter notes in patient accounting systems and file documents timely.
• Support portfolio management with headquarters staff.
