Responsibilities

• QA, monitoring, reporting & incident management across all platforms.
• Monitor and switch inbound/outbound transmission systems.
• Perform live transmission check-ins with remote venues during events.
• Troubleshoot signal quality and routing issues per SOPs.
• Set up equipment to receive and distribute feeds.
• Coordinate with management, affiliates, and downstream partners.
