Job summary

plaize is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our gaming and digital entertainment campaigns from Seattle, with hybrid or remote options. You’ll support content, community, and cross-border communications, writing bilingual social copy and coordinating with teams across platforms.

You’ll help plan content, assist with translations, and contribute to reports for clients, while embracing a fast-growing, Japan-rooted marketing culture that sparks conversation and builds fan

Qualifications

• Fluent/native in Japanese with strong English skills.
• Experience with gaming culture and content across platforms.
• Ability to write blogs or social content and manage channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content across X, YouTube, Discord.
• Write and edit social copy in Japanese and English.
• Collaborate on content ideas and creative direction.
• Support community management (primarily in Japanese).
• Handle internal and external communications (email).
• Create client reports and assist with translations and data entry.
