Vytalogy Wellness LLC is seeking a Training Specialist in Haslet, TX to develop, standardize, and maintain training materials and programs for manufacturing operators. You will ensure safety, quality, and consistent execution across shifts, including onboarding pathways and skill development initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating standardized work, updating training content as processes evolve, and delivering on-the-floor coaching.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation, and communication skills.
• Works effectively in both office and manufacturing floor environments.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and continuously improve job instructions and standardized work for manufacturing operators.
• Develop and maintain training materials and onboarding programmes for new hires and existing operators.
• Deliver training sessions and provide on-the-floor coaching to operators.
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge management system for standard work and training content.
• Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to identify training gaps and improve performance.
