You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, conduct market research, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products with clear roadmaps and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in IoT, security, IT, or electronics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in emerging markets and new product categories.
• Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is required to effectively communicate with overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for IFP, smart whiteboards, commercial displays, and LEDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and oversee product development.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product features meet user expectations.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Other duties as assigned.
